| - I haven't had a bad experience with Cox yet, so I'll just start with my install.
The techs were friendly, efficient, got everything done quickly and correctly, bade me farewell.
I called for service on Thursday. Since I was new construction, they needed to send someone out to survey the development I was in to make sure I could get service. That happened the next day, my appointment was made for two days after that. Quick, easy, painless.
I'm on the internet, my HDTV is hooked up, customer service has been fine, and I feel good about what I've got.
No complaints yet!
