  • Old Navy is the one place we can walk in the door and grab the jeans right off the shelf that fit my daughter. I'd like to say it was as easy to get out the door as it was to find what we wanted. It was surprising that with people doing back to school shopping, literally trying to purchase hundreds of dollars of clothing, there was ONE cashier. A child was standing at the cash register watching the clerk ring things up. Mom was, apparently, still shopping. Mom kept bringing extra items up to add in. The clerk was gracious and professional. Kudos to her! Unfortunately, we had to wait. And wait. Unlike the experience Chris mentioned on Yelp 4 days ago, the store was neat and orderly. We found our items almost immediately. Numerous people were straightening and folding. Super! Now, if only there could be a balance between straightening and helping people check out.
