  • I called Pure Plumbing yesterday to get a second quote for a water heater replacement. I had an appt within hours. Alex showed up right on time, answered all of my questions, talked to my landlord and gave us a quote. He also ensured that I had turned off the water and gas correctly. My landlord chose his quote, and the installation was scheduled for the next day (today). Pure Plumbing texted both myself and my landlord to tell us who was coming (with a short bio and picture!), and Alex and Adrian were right on time. They explained the heater I would need (and that it also heated my condo - I had no idea!), drained the old one, removed it, and installed the new one. They were efficient, professional, and informative. They wore shoe covers and even laid down plastic to make sure they didn't leave water on my carpet. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing, and Alex!! One more note, the young lady who answered the phone was also very friendly. She was able to translate my lack of plumbing knowledge into a great solution!! Thanks!!!
