  • I normally hate restaurant chains but their sweet salmon soy salad would be my last meal. Everyone I introduce to this says it's the best salad they've ever had and I once emailed and asked how I could get their dressing for a dinner party, they sent me a gallon for free, paid shipping, nice cooler, only asked that I continued to let people know what an amazing menu this chain has. It's Hawaiian fusion (in case you didn't get that from the name) and it pops up in family towns so the fusion is with American.
