  • I believe there are two locations and I am writing about the one that has BMW, It appears that the majority of positive reviews are about the rental and service side of the business. Most of the negative reviews are from the sales side and I have to add mine to the list. This dealer 'packs' the sale price. That means that the sales price may be low but the dealer prep/doc fee and other fees really add up. I my case I was taking a risk on an as is where is bike that does not have a key so they have no idea if it runs, etc. Price for the bike is $995. I was going to pay the registration fees separate. The paperwork BS added $1000. I was expecting a $299 doc fee but this was out of line and just a not so hidden way of adding $700 to their profit. I thought this practice was dead but I guess not. I don't know about other bikes but if you are in the market for a BMW try Sierra BMW in Reno
