My surgeon Dr. Granata apparently left DOC
without informing his patients! I was happy with Dr. Granata for the most part but his young staff was sometimes annoying. They promised to fill out forms in a timely manner when I politely asked them and then strangely became indignant and sarcastic when I inquired about them? I had to wait two weeks for a simple disability form to be filled out and signed by Dr. Granata and Staff. I had to get the office manager involved who was very cordial and polite in my dealings.
Today I have an appointment with Dr. Raissi of DOC.
I was shocked when the Medical Assistant Reyna said to me "why are you here today? Do you have an x-ray or MRI.?" I was assured that my file would be transferred from Granata to Raissi. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN!
This place really sucks !
The office staff and medical staff acted like I am a new patient !
Perhaps this is indicative of the medical industry as a whole but the customer service and STANDARD Of CARE is lacking here from my experiences !
