Awful experience! I purchased a Living Social deal and wish I had never stepped foot in this place. I called and scheduled an appointment. A few hours later I got a call from the receptionist stating that the dentist would not be available for the appointment. Hmmm, I thought that was weird and a red flag. I went to the office for my appointment and while I was filling out my new patient paperwork, I had the pleasure of listening to the dentist and the receptionist talk about what they had for lunch, the weather, and who in the office had gone on a walk together during their lunch break. Then I go back to the dental chair and the lady tells me that they will be evaluating my teeth for what type of cleaning my teeth will need. What in the world? There was not a dental hygentist and the dentist cleaned my teeth. During the cleaning, I again got to hear about lunch as well as what is going on during the show Vikings. When I went to check out, the receptionist did not know what to do with my living social deal and said, I guess you owe us a $100. I politely told her that I had already paid on the Living Social website. She then left the desk to go ask someone. Then she came back and wanted to schedule a 6 month appointment. I said, I won't be returning to this office. She looked utterly shocked and asked why.
This business could really use some training on how to be professional.
