  • Came in 20 minutes before closing just to look around, was interested in a Mazda 3, the finance manager Josef said he had one at the other location he could bring to us if we were interested in purchasing it when we test drove it. So he got one of his employees to drive it over and we started to fill out the paperwork with the Salesman, Sam, just in case.. anyways, we ended up signing and he told us not to worry about the banks, it will get approved and take the car home (we had a pre-approved loan from our bank). Turns out our bank only approves the market value of the vehicle and everything else had to come out of our pocket. Josef said he will find another bank to approve our loan.. it took a couple of days, but we were able to get a loan plus knock some money off on the car and we had to put more of a down payment to get it but he gave us a month to come up with the money, no other car dealership will let you do that. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, plus we had some little issues with the car that we were able to get taken care of free of charge. Overall, great experience and the salesmen were very attentive and nice
