This is the story of the best sushi I've ever had. Firstly, what a beautiful restaurant. We were seated at the sushi bar at our request.. to oogle the amazing visions of fish. There we could see everything coming out- each more beautiful than the next! We saw the avacado piled with tuna and had to try it. That is when we realized, the tuna and avacado had the same texture. We went for a full plate of sashimi.. this is how to do it. I've never had better fish in all my travels. It all the most beautiful consistency, like butter. I can only hope to go back as soon as possible. Who wants to join me???
