  • I'm giving this place the review it deserves. I have no idea how it's gotten such great reviews in the past. First of all, it's nothing special. I walked in at 10:40. I waited for 20 minutes for my pedicure to start, and for 10 of those minutes they put me in a pedicure chair with cold water. Not very pleasant. When the tech finally came over, she never asked me if I wanted anything to drink (I saw a few glasses of wine throughout the salon) and never asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. It was a typical pedicure. And then she left me for 5 minutes at the end to have a conversation with HBO about her service with them. Not professional. Sorry, but when there are literally over 100 other nail salons in Charlotte, don't go to this one.
