  • 0 stars. I've written business articles about how United treats their customers like trash. And, the more you fly with them, the worse they treat you. 100k = extra security checks, crappy middle seats, no guarantee you will get a seat, and poor customer service. The only way to get rewarded is to pay extra; loyalty means nothing. This is why I switched to another carrier and will take painful routes to avoid United.
