  • DO NOT go to this dentist!!! I definitely should have listened to all of the bad reviews. The plan of care was explained and I made it clear what I wanted done with my child. I was told by several of the staff that it was possible until you get to the appointment and your 6 year old has been fasting. Then they say they never said that and it isn't possible. They told my husband, in front of my 6 year old, that he should bring her to all of the appointments because she did much better with him which was a lie and very unprofessional to belittle my scared little girls mother in front of her. I work in the medical field and would NEVER make a child feel one parent was better than the other. When I called the doctor, after 4 phone calls, regarding the plan of care, being overcharged, and to discuss her demeanor in front of my child, she was very condescending and yelled at me on the phone more than one time. I am warning you....they are overbooked and over priced and there is only one dentist. That one dentist cares only about one thing....money and not the well-being of your child. My daughter is now terrified to go to another dentist. The only reason they got one star is because the blonde hygienist (name unknown) was great with my daughter and Janice in the front office was very nice and the only other caring person in the whole place. I will never go back and highly recommend you avoid it completely!!!!!
