  • DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR SERVICE! In the month service techs have left. A service that should have taken a few days took three weeks. This is the third time I have had the same service request. First two services at a different dealership in California. These services cost $230 or $280. The same service at RideNow cost $980!! They claimed that parts had to be replaced. They showed my just three parts. The assistant manager would not speak with me. She passes me off to someone who never told me what he does for the dealership. Compassion? None. Confrontational and ready for an argument. He asked about my previous receipts of two services. He characterized the previous services as being done by a "mom & pop" operation, even though both receipts clearly show dealership name. He blames them. Customer Service? NONE! Absolutely NONE! I will never take my bike back there. I will never return there for any reason. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR SERVICE.
