  • Terrible unprofessional service. They were not busy when I went in on a weekday but rushed with waxing and did an awful job. Needed to be told to do it again and still did not aim to remove all the hair again. I felt like I was bothering them. There was no sense of customer service. The elderly lady at the counter was extremely rude. Charged tax if paying with debit, I had cash and she didn't mention anything. They also do not accept credit cards. Every time I visit, they have different staff - reflects a poor business. With many other opinions in the area, I'll never be returning here again.
