  • Unbelievable. The 1st time I came in, they charged me 40 bucks because I needed to establish a primary with Dr Gerace. Ok....well, I WAS there to establish a PCP but whatever. I like Dr G so I'm cool with it. The next few times I came in for follow ups etc, the front desk girl was so rude, but I let it slide because I genuinely like Dr Gerace. The last time I was there, I was called back immediately and waited 45 minutes in a freezing room until I finally went out to the rude chick out front and asked her if they forgot me. She said, no, they were running behind. That would've been helpful to know. I don't run my life and schedule around their office, they should absolutely recognize that and let people know they're running behind in case I need to reschedule. Last straw was today. I'm extremely sick, coughing, sneezing and having a hard time breathing. I call at 8, they say they can fit me in at 1030. I get there, wait 30 minutes and ask for my money back so I can just go back to bed. I ask why they scheduled me a 1030 when its clearly 11 and they haven't even called me back yet? Rude, snotty comment from the chick up front..."we're running behind". I'm dying a slow death in your waiting room, do you think you could've let me know? As I'm leaving, I hear a man from the back come up and say..."did you guys forget about me, my appt was 40 minutes ago" and her response was..."well....you DID come in early." I turned right back around and cancelled my next 2 appts. F this place. I liked Dr Gerace enough to come back a few times but I don't like her enough to put up with this chick.
