| - Update: the owner contacted me via Yelp and apologized profusely. Apparently the rude employee was on his last day, thus the horrible attitude. Regardless, he ordered the part for her phone without me even asking and repaired it beautifully. I truly appreciate the efforts and the repair, but mostly I appreciate a business whose owner cares about its customers and their satisfaction. Thank you for making this situation one to reflect positively one-I appreciate it! I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of it.
We took my daughter's phone in to get a repair done. The pricing is fair and the repair was done. 3 stars for that.
Otherwise, my experience was bad. The location is off of a one-way street and the parking is somewhat cramped. Not very convenient, nor a part of town I care to spend much time in.
My biggest complaint is that when they returned the phone, the volume button was not the same. It now takes a lot of pressure to make any adjustments, inefficiently at that. We took the phone back right away only to be told that the button is connected to the "mother board" and that they didn't touch it. They denied any responsibility in the matter, didn't fix it, and when I pointed out it wasn't like that when we brought it in I was once again told it wasn't their fault. The young man was rude, and handled this in the worst way possible.
Tip to the business: don't deny responsibility that is clearly yours, or talk to your clients like they are idiots. I could've walked away happy and giving you 5 stars had you apologized and explained that the issue is unrepairable (if that is the case). I can't recommend a business that has integrity issues.
