  • BUYERS BEWARE! WORST PLACE. EVER!!!!! Do not do business here!!!! Made the mistake of buying a car from here (19K cash sale with no financing) NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! Simon is the worst! In the negotiations he promised a "bumper to bumper" warranty. Signed a contract and everything! low and behold....the warranty covers NOTHING! It gets better!!!! It's now 4 months later and I called the warranty company and Certified Auto NEVER mailed in my warranty!!! I have NO warranty that was promised with a signed contract. It gets better!!!! Simon said I could pay an extra $800 for a warranty that covers "bumper to bumper" yep! The one I was promised when I bought the car!!!!! It gets better!!!! Now the warranty company won't issue a warranty because it's 4 months after purchase AND they are suspicious that something is wrong with the car!!!!! Thanks Simon and Certified Auto, You are the WORST!!!!! I will tell EVERYONE about this! EVERYONE! next stop....Better Business Bureau. Unless you are ok dealing with dirt bags, go anywhere else but here.
