  • It is barely 45 degrees today. Would you bathe outside? Would you bathe your child outside? Even inside a vehicle that's heated & has warm water, the pet still has to be walked to & from the vehicle! I called this morning to request the appointment I had for my 2 cockers be rescheduled. I'm told that there will be a $25 per pet cancellation fee. I state again that I'm not cancelling just rescheduling due to the cold temps. Nope, makes no difference. The policy is the policy. Well hopefully your policy is worth losing a client you've had for nearly three years. So glad animal well-being is your top priority!
