  • My experience at Rockledge Fairways apartments is good. The property management team is friendly and willing to answer questions. Whenever I've had an issue with my apartment the maintenance team took care of any issue promptly. The people who live at the apartments in my section are quiet, friendly, and drama free. The yearly increase in my rent is not outrageous, and that proves to me that the company who owns this property is more interested in keeping me as a tenant. This is a Greystar property and I am impressed in they way they manage this apartment complex. I would live in other Greystar properties if they are all managed in this same manner. Customer service is important, and how I'm respected as a resident by the property management team and Greystar is important to me.
