  • Do not buy from these guys!!!!! We bought a system from them almost 2 years ago. The first event that happened, it took security 1 1/2 hours to get to our house. He was a little late and a lot stoned!! We ended up with our house broken into 3x with no response following the first event. Last Thursday, We wanted to cancel service because we had sold our house. We found out we had fallen about 3 months behind on our monthly payment and it was sent to a collection agency in Texas. (Hillcrest, Davidson, & associates L.L.C.). HD & Associates took our bank information provided by CRS and withdrawal $3003.40. Completely unauthorized!!! We are pressing charges in this criminal matter. Unacceptable! Completely unethical company!!! I hate that I have to give a star to post...
