rev:text	This was my first time renting with Budget. I have rented cars in the past and can remember the feeling of wishing I owned the car I rented because it was so nice. This can not be said with any car at this rental company. I reserved a mid size car and everything went smoothly until the car attendant pulled up with this raggedy looking Volkswagen. The car was beyond filthy. He offered to " touch it up" real quick but this car needed special attention and time that I did not have. I requested another car. I had to go back in and do the paperwork all over for another car. The staff looked at us like we were being "boogie" or something but no apology was offered from anyone even resembling a manager. The 2nd car was a Nissan Sentra. This car was just as nasty and looked like it had been through some tough times. It had a hub cap busted on one of the tires and tape all over it. I remember asking what it was and the car attendant said tape like that was normal. With my two young children in mind and this 5 hour journey ahead to Arizona and 5 hour journey to return that car was not going. At this point, I'm over it. We have been at this place for about an hour. I had to go back in and request another car. There was just no concern about the fact they had not one acceptable car. The car attendant literally said " you take care of me I'll take care of you " WHAT? I'm confused, do you want money to do your job and find me a clean functional car. Finally, third car was the charm. It wasn't clean but better than the other two. No hair , no crumbs, no dust, no papers, and NO TAPE. We got the last bit of paperwork and ran out of there. I would definitely NOT recommend this location.
