  • I made the mistake of going to the Neiman Marcus cosmetics counter and expected the same service from Nordstrom. No one has ever heard of anything I ask for. It's not in stock. The products I do want that are in stock, no one is pushing, so again, no help. I have to beg for samples and the staff have to ask me to show them which products are which. I might as well order online for the sad excuse for assistance I get. Or better yet, just go to NM.
