  • my sons car is being held in all city towing he is in the pysche ward in jail 15 days so far-at $40 a day he is on disability so basically his car is being stolen from him because they wont allow him a visit or notary or pen or at the jail...its a travesty...... there should be a way to have car towed to address on title ..I dont want to steal his car I want to help him keep the bill manageble and they dont care about the mentally ill... there should be provisions for people that are ill or on suicide watch..etc
