Purolator has given me the most frustrating package delivery experience of my life.
I ordered a $9 keyboard cover, probably in an envelope.
They called me twice (both past the delivery date) saying that they couldn't get into my building and I had put the wrong address because I didn't put a buzzer-code.
Now they insist that they can't get into the building, despite me explaining, 3 times, how to buzz the main office. AND they're going to charge me for giving, the 'wrong address.' AND they spoke to me on the phone like I'm an idiot.
I don't have a buzzer code. I have received packages before. Seems like it must not be impossible.
I mostly wrote this to feel less angry. Sort of worked.
