This will be our 18th stay here at The Cosmopolitan and the quality of the rooms and service continue to exceed our expectations.
* The hotel and rooms have been maintained very well and has aged well. You can always tell how well a hotel is kept by the number of scuffs on the furniture and walls or stained grouts in the.
* The choices of restaurants are not much and they are pricey but we usually eat out anyway. The buffet is much better during lunch and dinner but not so during breakfast.
* Hotel staff are fantastic! From the valet to room service to their casino hosts, they're all very friendly no matter what time of the day. One small detail that I really like is that you're greeted by the front desk in person where you stand in line instead of waved over to their desk like most hotels.
* The casino is smaller than most, but the dealers and cocktail waitresses are friendly and responsive. It will not overwhelm you with acres of slots and tables.
* This hotel is pre-friendly! We've been bringing our dogs here on vacations so it's convenient not to have to get a separate pet hotel.
***TIP*** If you play at their casino, make sure to ask for the casino host and introduce yourself. They may be able to help comp some of your room expenses and help with future accommodations.
I gave this hotel 5 stars because it is a nicely packaged Las Vegas hotel. However, it is not a family oriented place. There is much room where kids can roam around, but then again we only stay here for their hotel room accommodations and friendly staff, which I am rating 5 stars.
