  • Impossible to get in touch with this place: they rarely answer the phone and did not respond to my email. They finally ended up calling back to schedule a pickup nearly two weeks after I contacted them. Super unprofessional and not the way to win new business - by that point, we had already decided to use a competitor (one who answered our phone and immediately scheduled our pickup for later that week).
