  • Sad. This was one of my favorite nail spots. But unfortunately after today I will not be back. I called to see how busy they were and the guy on the phone barked "see you in 10mins!" I replied I lived at least 20 mins away. He barked again a time EXACTLY 20 mins from then. I responded I may be later than that but he had hung up When I got there he remarked to another customer "3:30....ok..." insert dramatic look at the clock (3:40) I sat down for my pedicure and showed the lady the design I wanted and she said, "ok good." As the pedi is nearing the end, she tells me, "I can't do that design because it's busy. Get a simple flower or something instead.." no. Normally, yes. But after I had asked before and was told yes you could do it. No. Then every worker in the place was looking at me like I'm being rude, because I'm declining a simple flower. She ended up putting glitter polish on my big toes for "free" after to remarked something to a co-worker that "now I want glitter and no simple flower" here's a free yelp review. I've never been charged for glitter polish.
