We came here for a comedy show and ended up having dinner as well. Bad idea.
Taste: This is where the 2 stars came in. Food was okay. Nothing to write home about. There was a group of us. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and my husband had the Carne asada tacos. We also had the caprese salad and shared a basket of chicken fingers. Wasn't bad, but wasn't good.
Service: If ratings were based on service this place would not receive any stars. I have been here a few times and service has always been horrible. They are slow, forget things and not bring things. A friend ordered a sandwich and after all of us got our food we asked about the sandwich and she said she forgot to put it in. Waited 30 minutes and had to ask multiple times for a side of Ranch for my sandwich. Asked for water refills and they never came. Have to ask multiple times for the same item. Everyone is nice and apologetic, but it's ridiculous.
Value: While this place is not expensive, what you get for what they charge varies. I felt my sandwich was fine, but my husband recieved two Carne Asada tacos for about $9.00. These were no bigger than tacos you get at taco bell.
Overall, we would never come back, but the comedy troupe we follow performs here. But that is the ONLY reason we would return. We will be eating dinner elsewhere from now on before we go.
