If I could give them negative stars, I would. I'm paying $115 for the "upgraded service" yet I can only get the "upgraded service" in half of my house. If we walk more than 100 feet away from the modem we have spotty service (don't suggest a new modem, because it's only 2 months old and I paid a pretty penny for it!) Now they want to charge me for a new shiny service that will give me "lightning speed" throughout my whole house. Um, I don't remember signing the contract for "not-lightning speed" in only half of my house. How does that even make sense? They are acknowledging that their service is sub standard and then want you to pay for what you should have had to begin with. There is a phone number to call for issues but saying that it's customer service is a joke, lots of rude reps and no customer service. Is internet really that hard? How is it that there are little to no choices in Phoenix.
