  • My rating has been revised to one star. I swear to god they screw up 80% of my orders. Not exaggerating. Happened TWICE this week. Yesterday they gave me the wrong bagel, today they forgot my cream cheese and gave me a regular latte instead of a chai tea latte. I think I've been forced to drive back to have my order fixed at least 6 time. On top of it, the staff are pretty rude. Never going back. A tip - go to blackbird instead. I know it doesn't have a drive thru, but it worth walking in. Don't spend a penny at Erie Island.
