  • The worst car rental,that I have ever dealt with!Made reservations to pick up a car from McCarran Airport on Dec.27,arrived 5 min. before the supposed pick up time,stood in line,just to find out,that they are out of cars,and the waiting time could be anywhere from an hour to the whole day!Very unpleasant agent basically told me,that he had no idea,when and if I would even get a car!Luckily for me,the Payless Rental counter is adjacent to the Ez Rental,the agent there overhead me and told me,that they have plenty of cars even without reservation!I will never deal with Ez Rental ever again!Also,right on the entrance they have the sign:"Cars available "!!What a joke...
