  • I lived here for 4 years. Although I loved it at first, they kept raising the rent every year. The first year we lived there we got a discount. So it was 950 for a two bedroom apartment. By the end they raised the rent to 1200. The facilities were ok but for the money it should have been better. Not to mention this apartment is located near a trailer park. So every so often we would have strange people wander the complex. Security helped to keep them out but they still got in. Someone even broke into someone's car out front of my apartment and stole someone's book bag. The area is a little ghetto so think about that before renting. My experience wasn't the best or worst, it was a place to stay until I found a house to rent.
