  • First of all, I can't find good customer service one the North East side of Las Vegas !!!!! I had being near the darn base! EVERYTIME!!!! And I mean every time I go to this location , something is wrong with the ATM machines. Yesterday, all but one machine was working ! One!!! The line was crazy long because it was Friday. Today, I was depositing a check and the machines could not desperate cash. What the heck?! The employees at the counter have never been very friendly and willing to help at this location. I love have Chase and is my favorite bank I have worked with. However, this location needs to get their act together now! Everyone is always complaining about this location and rightfully so!
