  • Julie Pelle 11546 E Ranch Gate Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 I had this house in escrow, Julie did not make me aware of $900,000 in tax liens in front of the two mortgages, she assured me everything would be fine, well the deal was canceled by who I still do not know? I simply asked for my inspection fee to be reimbursed because she did not pay attention to the details, because this house had no chance of being bought, she said I threatened her when I told her I would write a review that I was dissatisfied, Typical Spin on thing from her. This Review would have five stars saying I was satisfied because she had made a mistake and SHE owned up to it. but she did not, and the experience was not good at all...... She Was my Buying & Selling Agent Too.
