  • I was extremely impressed with Mike. First off, he just seems like a good person. Really outgoing and knowledgeable. As far as the job, he got back to my estimate request quickly, showed up right when he said he would, presented me with a written bid before anything, took time to explain all about pigeons and why they were there, and talked through exactly what he was going to do and how long he thought it would take. After he was done I walked out to see a very clean and quality job well done. A couple bonus details worth mentioning: he painted the fencing white to blend better with the house, and cleaned and pressure washed everything. Afterwards he explained in further detail everything he had done and taught me even more about pigeon behavior. I feel a little bit like an expert now... just kidding, but I'm excited I can seem like one in front of friends by dropping random facts. Also worth mentioning, I learned that in his free time he helps his wife out with her animal welfare organization. Again, all signs point towards good person. After he left I thought that was the end of it, but then a week or two later he called to make sure everything was still ok. Top notch. All in all a great experience. tl;dr hire this guy.
