  • Called Cypress Street Plumbing last week based on positive reviews on yelp. George answered the phone, and was very nice. He was in the car, so we talked later when he could take down information. We set up an appointment for Monday (today), and he said he'd be here between 7:00 and 8:00 am. I left him a message about 9:00 since I had not heard from him. No response. About 1:30 I gave up and called someone else. I understand that things can happen, or he could have gotten an emergency call or something, but it was very inconsiderate to not at least let me know. I will not call again, or recommend him. Update: George, sorry for the harsh review. With so many 5 star reviews, you must be doing good work. I intend to give you another call when I need some plumbling work again. As I said in my original review, I understand how things can happen, but was very frustrated having taken the day off of work to be here.
