  • The Express wash service has gone down hill fast! When you pay $360 a year for a car wash you shouldn't drive away with spots on your windows. I've been coming here ever since they started the express wash and they have dried my windows every single time. Today he told me I was done and I asked him to dry the windows and he said "I'm not doing that" then told me "go talk to my manager". I did talk to the manager and he said "we only dry the door handles, it's an express wash". This has NEVER been the case and when I told him that his response was "I can't change a corporate policy". Well, corporate, you just lost a loyal customer! I canceled my membership immediately.
