Geared to the electronics enthusiast, the physical facility is pretty much just a warehouse of electronics parts and products with a check-out counter. To my techie husband, this place is better than a candy store.
The underlying assumption here seems to be that if you have chosen this parts place, then you already know what you want and how to use it properly. So, if you need a lot hand holding or instructions on how to use these parts, then you are indeed in the wrong place. The prices here are beyond reasonable.
As noted by other reviewers, this store is not easy to see from the street (Country Club) and the entrance and parking in the back of the building. Parking is very tight and there was a steep ramp from the parking lot up to the entrance door that was a challenge for my husband with his two canes. The counter salesperson was polite and helpful.
