Stepped into the store (bike in pieces in my hands) and explained that my handlebars had been stolen in Vancouver. I was not greeted but asked the question "do you have an appointment?" And "we cannot accommodate you until July 9". I then asked if they could recommend another location that might be able to accommodate me sooner and the response was "nope!".
This was the worst customer service I received in a long time.
