  • First, the NP, Anna, has always been great. Wonderful lady. My encounters with Dr. Simon were negative (two). No explanations, no sympathy when I was obviously petrified during a procedure and passed out on the table. When I did ask questions of Dr. Simon, her answers were short and I got the feeling that she was annoyed that I had questions. NP, Wendy, is pretty short and to the point, but better than Dr. Simon. I have known other patients and they've left the practice due to unfriendliness of Dr. Simon. The front desk staff is great, though. For routine care, try to get Anna or maybe Wendy.
