| - Bad airport. Not friendly at all. The people they hire whether at the parking place or elsewhere do not speak the language , I have nothing against foreigners, but they should speak English in an American airport, at least English which I believe it is our language, and some others too., so if you need directions you are doomed. Lack of power outlets. Very slow because of the security lines but still it is very slow it is slower than Los Angeles,.
It is modern but no good taste, terminal Two is to cry for.
It is definitely not friendly, even if you travel frequently, every airport is different even terminals are different so the personnel should be more friendly and understanding.
I mean whoever designed this had not sense of art whatsoever. I have been here several times, it is really bad, a bad experience.
They should learn from other airports and learn how to give people a good experience. For example Atlanta airport, New York, Charles De Gaulle, Gatwick, etc.
Then a coffee shop like Starbucks closes early is that a joke? so you come late and what do you do?
