  • Tried Two Chicks at Tawba Fest because they were pretty much the only vendor not serving typical carnival/junk food. My order was taken really fast, but they had a 30 minute turnaround. Seemed a little excessive compared to other food trucks but I grabbed a beer and came back to retrieve my order. My quesadilla was black...not just nice char marks that could enhance the flavor of the ingredients, but black. I was not in the mood to wait another 30 mins...1 hour in all to get what I had originally ordered. So I ate it anyway...well, half of it. Rest of it was trashed as the entire quesadilla tasted like charcoal.
