  • DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! The only reason it's a one star is because that is the lowest I could possibly go. So lets start from the beginning! My fiancee' and I moved into this place about March of last year. At the time it was owned by The Camdens. It wasn't too bad at the time. We moved in at a reasonable rental price and the neighborhood would do until we moved on. Recently the complex is no longer The Camdens and is "Vintage Pointe". Let me tell you about this Vintage Pointe... Our unit inside this place was a HUGE problem. I will not go into detail but lets just say it was a health hazard. It took a WEEK before they agreed to move us into a new unit where they raised our rent. That pissed me off already. We moved into this place thinking we were getting a deal but then got inconvenienced and repaid by them raising our rent. NOT RIGHT. The second unit we moved into was not even all that to be raising the rent on us. The cabinets are outdated and the appliances are old (as are everyone else's) and the sinks and toilettes are ALWAYS clogged. And good luck with trying to reach the office if you need them for stuff like this. They NEVER answer their phone and I mean NEVER. I literally call them 4-5 times in a row at different times of the day.... still nothing. Why? Because they do not care. And lets not forget all the dog poop!!!! NO ONE picks up after their animals and the office does not take care of it either. Every couple feet I can spot doo doo! NOT OKAY! That is gross and unsanitary and just down right disgusting! You can't just build a random dog park, a new gym and put some paint on the buildings and call it done! PICK UP YOUR COMPLEX!!! I was not even going to waste my time and write a review but TODAY was the last straw. They are having maintenance done inside the units where you have no choice but to let them in while you are not there which is very uncomfortable to start off. But then as my fiancee' gets home he texts me and tells me they left our place a MESS! Furniture all out of place and not put back where it was, plastic all over the place, shavings from god knows what. Then to top is all off they posted a paper saying they can take up to 10 business days!!!!!!!!! UM NO. We are not going deal with this mess for ten days. Are you kidding me? Ya'll are some inconsiderate people. You are inconveniencing my fiancee' and I so much since we have been here. This is ridiculous. I am so furious. Once our lease is up in two months we are out of here! I do not recommended this place to anyone what so ever. Im done. UPDATE... It's a little sad I have to come back and update my review but I'm so sick of this place! Not only did they put a notice on our door saying our lease is up in March, but turns out that notice is not even accurate! Here we are looking at places to move out and we can't even leave till a later month. So angry. Also, wonderful people moved right next door who yell and scream at each other and kick their own doors in. Fantastic!! Also, got my license plate stolen. So don't leave any of your stuff out.. wanna-be thugs will steal it.
