  • As a 24-year-old, dealing with my severe hearing loss problem has been something I've been understandably avoiding for many years. A few weeks ago, I decided to bite the bullet and schedule a hearing appointment. This office was the first one (out of three) that I called who scheduled my appointment immediately, without forwarding me to a call center or placing me on a long hold. Their customer service got me in the door. At my initial hearing test, Dr. Walters was able to pinpoint my hearing loss with great proficiency. Purchasing hearing aids was intimidating, but Dr. Walters helped me to maximize my insurance, and pick the best brand and type of hearing aids to fit my individual needs. After receiving the hearing aids, she helped to adjust them perfectly. I was more than happy with my experience here and would recommend Dr. Walters to anyone looking for an audiologist.
