  • I highly recommend this location for massage therapy. I have been a customer for the past couple of years and take advantage of their member pricing. I typically book my monthly massage in advance but on occasion I need a last minute booking and they are always very flexible with available times. I also like the automated reminders/confirmations by email. I have tried many different therapists and have my favourites. All of them are extremely responsive and always ask about the pressure and preferred areas of focus. I like firm pressure and find Mindy is my favourite. The reception is always friendly and most of the desk staff know me by name. Staff are great at explaining the membership program and all the services as well as the new Rewards program and any active promotions. I find the value excellent and am able to submit receipts to my health benefits plan for reimbursement.
