I went through the online process for a breastpump.
Followed up with a call after waiting for 2 weeks with no news from them. Was informed that it will only be sent out when I'm 28weeks pregnant, which I already was - as indicated on my online form, obviously they didn't check. Customer service said she will send out the breastpump.
A few days later, a customer service officer called me to check on my order. I was pretty surprised since it was supposed to be already sent out. Obviously a lapse in communication on their end.
After knowing I'm past 28 weeks (my insurance stipulation), she said she will proceed to send my breastpump out.
After another week plus, I had to call them again as I still haven't received it yet. To my horror, I was told that they had cancelled my order as my insurance only allowed me to claim for my breast pump after my baby is born. Utter rubbish!
I have confirmed with my insurance and breast pump claim is available to me when I'm 28 weeks.
Besides, I wasn't even informed that they cancelled my order.
A waste of my time and effort to keep calling them for updates which was their due responsibility to let me know.
