I've been to other asian massages and this was probably the worst I've ever had. My masseuse seemed to just be going through motions rather than actually trying to massage me. The only time she applied a lot of pressure was when she was squeezing my neck which was just outright painful. On top of that when she lifted up my shirt to massage my back, she saw my back dermals and definitely reacted to it. She even got the other masseuse's attention to look at it and they started muttering in Chinese. I was irritated because it was as if they were gossiping about my body piercings. After the massage I wasn't sure how much to tip so I just did 20%. I handed her the cash and she said in chinese (I can understand mandarin) to the cashier saying "wow. She only gave me $4" and the cashier replied "I'll take care of it". When I was paying for my massage, all of the workers were standing there watching. The cashier said "You only gave her 4$? Was the massage not good? People normally pay $10 or more." and when I agreed to pay $10 in tip the cashier continued to complain about "how little money the masseuses make and how $4 is insulting". I'm sorry I didn't realize $10 was the required tip or else you get ridiculed by the staff.
ALSO I don't know if this is a coincidence or not but I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Shortly after I got credit card fraud (the card I used to pay for the massage). The purchases that was made was from a grocery store, wendy's and an oriental video company (which led me to think it was someone from this place). I don't know if they stole my information but I'm suspicious since it was literally a few days after I got this massage. I haven't used my card for any other purchases since then. I had to cancel that card which was a hassle since I didn't have another card to use in the meantime. My friends who went to the massage with me didn't get credit card fraud but I was also the only one who initially tipped low. BE WARY.
