  • Went to pick up my prescription at their pharmacy. They said it would take 45 minutes when i've had the same thing done at Shoppers in 5. They couldn't find my insurance company in their system and was rude about it; also ignored me when I said i'd just go somewhere else. Finally, they gave me back my ID and prescription after trying for 15 minutes so I went to the pharmacy across the street who got it done in 5 minutes. Store selection and location is decent but a weird layout as others have said.
