  • They broke & ruined my vanity set and are only paying me back $.60 per pound (my vanity set was only six months old& cost me 980.00), after I had told the guy that I wanted for coverage and extra wrapping paper and all of the works for my moving costs.. I paid $605 for this move so, I would have had no problem paying any extra cost for insurance so now.. their fuck up is my problem and I am out of a beautiful brand-new vanity set that they ruined please think twice before using this company. Diana is rude, unreasonable and thieving. Do not use the Mexican bald guy or young Mexican kid or the older white man with the beard.. The Mexican guy was the one who filled out my paperwork incorrectly which led me to this mess.. and the young Mexican kid an older white man or the ones who moved my vanity set and ruined it and it seems as though they have almost 0 experience in actually moving anything of value... which is super disappointing because I regretfully canceled on the moving company I initially hired because red carpet Movers had better reviews. Biggest mistake I've made this year. This company does not deserve to be in the industry!!! Do yourselves the favor and save yourself the headache from these beyond disgusting human beings!!!!! They will not treat you well! They will not care if the brake your belongings that you worked so hard for!
