It has been a while since we dined at Palace Station's steakhouse... It was called Broiler Room back in the day, now the Charcoal Room. We were seated right away, waiter was also there to greet us (Mario). Bread and butter was served immediately along with our water. Mario was very knowledgeable of the menu and he also explained it to us, which was really impressive because we usually don't get that kind of service. My wife ordered the Prime Rib, but was later notified that the end cut was the last since it was close to closing time. I ordered the New York. Salads and side order of potatoes came with our orders as well. For appetizers we had the Fried Calamari, which was great! My steak was a little over cooked but really good cut of meat. Overall, we will back.
